I saw an instagram post that its okay to miss your training days. I agree on this front, if oyu are injured or sick I truly beleive its okay to pull back on your training BUT where do we draw the line to it becomes and excuse and you can? When do we start to slip into the "it's okay" mindset that becomes detrimental to our training? How to we get out of it!
