With Eoin today we talk about training with heart rate zones, why running at the correct intensity is key and how to use heart rate zones in your daily training.

Eoin Everard is an Irish athlete, physiotherapist and pilates instructor with a PHD in biomechanics. Eoin has a background as an international runner with sub 4 minute mile and sub 14 minute 5K PRs, and he’s been very successful as a master athlete thanks to his approach to training and his methodology that has allowed him to stay away from injuries and maximize his training benefits.
