I polled this topic on Instagram and lots of you wanted me to do a podcast on it!
Many of us experience cravings for the kids' food and it's a situation we're faced with DAILY so I'm delighted to explain what's going on behind this habit and how you can start to take a different path TODAY.
It's all about rewarding the urges less, as well as feeling the urges less frequently and intensely = more peace and freedom with food! In order to do this, you'll have to start thinking differently.
The pizza crust and the hummus doesn't have to take up so much of your valuable brain space as it might do. now! Let me show you. šŸ¤©
