Episode 80:
A Feldenkrais approach to Neck Care, connecting the shoulders, the chest, and the whole self to how the neck moves, and how the neck can feel supported. With poor postural organization, it’s common that the muscles of your neck are forced to work overtime to hold your head up.

If you are trying all of the neck classes in this series, take note of which approach you are finding most helpful and supportive for you, and then return to those episodes.
