SMH- Sarasota Campus was recently recognized as a Magnet designated hospital for the 5th time. Nurses at Sarasota Memorial work together to develop processes, procedures and programs to improve patient care and patient outcomes, which is part of the Magnet culture. Corinne Brown, one of the Magnet program directors at SMH discusses how nurses are impacting the community in a positive way.
