There’s no single diet that everyone with hyperthyroidism should follow. Diet selection is a highly personal choice that must consider individual health conditions, lifestyle, and preferences.
In my new book, The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet (https://savemythyroid.com/order), I explore three different diets in detail, explaining what each involves and how you can start implementing the right one for you. Today, I’m sharing the foundations of these specialized diets and an overview of how The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet can support you on your hyperthyroid healing journey.
In this episode, you’ll learn about:
- How the level three hyperthyroid healing diet compares to an AIP diet, especially in terms of iodine intake
- The level two hyperthyroid healing diet and its similarities to and differences from a standard paleo diet
- The Plant Paradox diet and how the level one hyperthyroid healing diet differs
- My recommendations for protein, fat, and carbohydrate intake and specific considerations for hyperthyroid patients
- Finding specific food triggers
- Troubleshooting issues that can come up when transitioning to a new diet
- The extensive information you’ll find in my new book, The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet
- Other factors to address alongside diet
- How you can access The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet
As always, I hope you find this episode valuable, and I look forward to catching you in the next episode!
