Corey and Josh are joined by former UFC fighter Mark Holst for episode 4 of Second Story.
At 15-years-old Mark dreamed of one day fighting professionally in the UFC. After trying out unsuccessfully for The Ultimate Fighter, he received a phone call a few weeks later that would change his life. He had made it to the UFC at the age of 24.
Mark talked with us about all things MMA, the gym game, cutting weight, and what it was like to fight around the world.
