Eating on the run is something we all do. With our busy lifestyles, it can be really hard to avoid it. Eating on the run can impact your body and mind negatively and is not encouraged. But there are ways to eat healthier while you’re on the go in order to mitigate those stressors. In this episode, we talk about why eating on the run isn’t healthy for you, the negative impacts to your body from eating fast, and some snack and meal prep ideas to help you eat as healthy as you can when you’re not at home.

Convenience is a big factor in eating on the run, but that can lead to consuming sugary drinks and snacks that are not good for you. Instead, think about healthy options that you can take with you to be prepared when you’re out and about. It really doesn’t have to be complicated. Eating should be fun and satisfying, even when you’re in a rush. If you’re juggling a busy lifestyle, and still want to eat healthy, this is the episode for you.
