We talked the three shameful things that happen to everyone in adulthood, why feeling bad can feel oh so good, the spooky and powerful embodied physicality of shame- and Ariel even tolerated me enthusiastically (and obvs unofficially) diagnosing her with ADHD!
Plus, Ariel shares a shame story about accidentally mass emailing HUNDREDS of students a message that likely sent them all careening into their own shame-anxiety spiral!
