Today’s guest never thought she wanted children until not being able to carry children into the world. Ghannika Dazilma experienced two pregnancy losses and went through the grief journey alone. After her second miscarriage she became upset with God because she thought there was something wrong with her. The second loss caused friendships to break, more anger and even causing family to push away.

In this episode, we journey through her motherhood after experiencing two losses and finding a nutritionist who helped her change her diet and improve her health. She took back over her health by eating clean, taking vitamins and minerals her body needed and added daily movement and exercise into her daily routine. Her body was a fertile ground and she unexpectedly conceived her rainbow baby. She shares her rainbow pregnancy journey and how she had to remove anxiety and fear and connect with her baby after 6 months. Ghannika also credits therapy to helping her heal and now raise her rainbow baby.

This episode is for you to listen to if you need that extra push to get your health on track for 2023. I know some of you may have fallen off, but now its time to get back on and take control of your health for you, but also for your future babies.
