Gather around our proverbial table for a deeply nourishing conversation about food, family, and creativity.

Our guest this week is holistic nutritionist and chef Sarah Britton who’s been publishing whole food recipes on her My New Roots since 2007. Our discussion touches upon the full spectrum of nourishment: beginning with Sarah’s childhood, her creative evolution in relationship to food, beauty, self care, working in professional kitchens like the esteemed NOMA, hosting Golden Circle Retreats in Bali and Tuscany, and how she was guided to write her books and grow her platforms.

Sarah shares her experience writing and shooting her first book while pregnant in Copenhagen, how she leans into her fine arts background to approach the dinner plate as a canvas of sorts, and why she has developed more kid-friendly, functional whole food meals for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you for feeding us in so many ways, Sarah!
