Michele Badie is a former Director of Career Services in higher education. Her work in that role lead her to becoming a Career Confidence Coach and the Published Author of Confidently You: 21-Day Action Plan to Your Professional Best. Through her career confidence coaching and book, she has helped professionals face fears, break through mental blocks, and realize the possibilities that exist in their careers. She enjoys seeing people succeed and has coached professionals at different stages of their career, in national and international markets, on how to accomplish their career goals and land their desired professional role. She has also executed training and development programs.

Michele is also the Creator and Host of the podcast, Career Tipper. The podcast features weekly interviews on Spotify, iTunes, and Stitcher Radio with professionals in different industries sharing their expertise and professional development resources.
