Today we had the honor of having Bill E Stitt of Bill-E's Bacon out of Fairhope, Alabama.
We learned a lot of what it takes to run two successful businesses even during the Covid-19 epidemic, including where his hogs come from, what kind of hogs, Bill-E's process and even his serenading of the bacon which is one of the ingredients no one can replicate but Bill E.
Bill-E's Bacon has won numerous awards including:
Top Three Bacon's in North America
Best Burger on the Easter Shore
Nappie Award Winner (Lagniappe Magazine)
Best Sandwich in America - Pork Belly Sandwich by Restaurant and Hospitality Magazine
