In this episode, I am sharing about the importance of using essential oil in our day to day life. Being a mother I can understand, every mother becomes stronger when it comes to managing loads of things at a time. We Mothers are supremely good at multitasking. Feeding child same time helping with homework, cooking meals, folding clothes, cleaning, sweeping – it’s this ability to manage multiple tasks at once that makes mothers the perfect role model for how to achieve results under pressure. Even in this pandemic scenario, we are managing things are in a pretty nicer way.

For me, it's never been so easy to manage everything at a time, but I still do and love to take care of things which is close to my heart, that’s my family. I love cooking for my daughter but those household things are a bit more for me, since we don’t have maids for long and can’t figure out when it will be available. Since I have made up my mind not having helpers around and doing work by myself. While doing this on an everyday basis, somewhere I get tired and feel so down. One evening I was casually sitting and realized if I can have a lovely smell around in my house which can be natural and light. That’s where this essential oil has come into my mind. I have never used it before, but after using it on an everyday basis, I can find so many differences around my house, even on health it gives positive effects.

As per my experience, I would like to share how I felt and what all changes I feel in my body and mind, One of the major change we can easily make out after using this oil is

1. Relaxation with Eucalyptus Oil – which has been extracted from the Eucalyptus tree, I realized after using this oil which really helps to get rid of When you have body pains and it helps to get rid of tiredness. Even I have been using it when I am suffering from Sinus issues, like mild headaches, I lit up the diffuser and when this oil started absorbing in the air, you will find yourself extremely relax.

2. For mother anxiety is very natural when it comes to managing loads of things at a time. We become more anxious when we try to achieve so many milestones but it's natural that a few or the other we tend to miss out and that’s where we feel anxious. But being at home you can easily feel relax using essential oils, which calms down the nerves and helps to get rid of anxiousness. Since these oils are extracting from plants, it has all-natural components to heal the body and mind.
3. Treat Migraines: This one I strongly believe, since I have been suffering from headaches for since long and any changes in weather lead me to get headaches. But using essential oils like Lavender, Rose helps to get rid of the pain.

4. Reduce Viral Infection: it's my personal experience with Eucalyptus oil and Peppermint oil, which helped us to stay away from infections at home. When you diffuse it through the diffuser, it makes the air bacteria-free. Even These Oils also helps to treat Pneumonia.

5. Treat Fatigue: I have been using sandalwood oil and Citronella Oil to relax my body and mind. I have been using these oils in 02 ways, one is in a diffuser and another in Hot bath. While taking bath I pour 02-03 drops of this oil in water and then I take bath. Sitting in the bath allows the essential oil to enter the body through our skin.
