On this very honest, vulnerable, and revealing but empowering episode, I speak about the epiphany I had about this podcast and brand, and some of the changes I need to make to change and adapt to the times and realities. I talk about what changes will tentatively take place, how and why it will change, how it will change and improve, how it will stay the same, and why sometimes we get so very real, honest, and vulnerable with you. It's not to bombard you or anyone with negativity, or to turn anyone off, but to simply get real with our audience, to contemplate on our lives and the times, and to make the necessary changes and growth when and where we can. To turn all that negative stuff into a life learning lesson, a tool for positive change and better outcomes, once we've contemplated on the problem. Rebecca and I are so very grateful for our lives, our audience, our friends and family, but in these times, but there's always a feeling of insecurity and harshness that most regular people are feeling today, that often gets in the way of knowing what to do, how to do it, or how to see it right or feel compete and whole in these unrelenting times; a culture seemingly skewed toward wealthy elitist influencers, and usually not for average folks trying to make their best life out of a gruelingly real situation, poor mental health outcomes, or just a lacking of choice, clarity, or resources to better themselves.
