On this very personal and in-depth monologue, I talk about the prevailing things most people are dealing with today. From social media hysteria to intrusive attitudes and behaviors to divisive politics, it's no wonder we become desensitized to the destructive influences in our culture today and start to tune out. Here I speak very candidly about how to tune in just enough, to learn how to tune out of that which doesn't serve your good mental health, and how to keep balance in your media and social media consumption, as well as how to "gut check" yourself to make sure you are keeping your personal priorities intact. I speak about celebrity and influencer culture, and how to learn to be above the influence when it comes to extremist attitudes and the greater social media frenzy. I speak to my empaths, depressives, introverts, and just plain old regular good people, who are simply looking to find balance in the never-ending lunacy that is living as a human being in the modern world. To find clarity in the insanity that is the modern world, and why Rebecca and I don't waver in our activism and standing up for what's right and good in this world. Sure, we want to remain objective and neutral as much as we can, but sometime neutrality is akin to not doing anything at all, so we must decide what side to take when the choice isn't always so clear.
