Gillian Killiner, founder of 121 Dietician, and one of the UK’s top dieticians is this week’s guest on the 33Fuel podcast.

It was a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s - a thyroid disease that wrought havoc on her health – that changed Gillian’s life. The diagnosis and use of nutrition to treat and ultimately reverse the disease is what started Gillian on her journey to becoming one of the UK’s top dieticians.
