Prior to founding The Healing Company, Anabel started her career as a model, and in facing immense pressure to fit a certain aesthetic began suffering deeply from stress-induced, chronic migraines. She found relief from Eastern medicine, which ultimately led her to become a certified nutritionist and found a functional mushroom company.
