On this week's Episode, Harvey and Austin go to Instagram Live to talk about breathing and performance, as well as field questions from viewers that relate to many different topics within performance and breath work. Questions range from adapting the body for cold/hot environments in performance through breathing, understanding how breathing is impacted during intense (anaerobic) training and how to shift in and out of aerobic/anaerobic arousal with our breathing, and becoming aware of accidental breath-holding and how that can influence the body/mind.
