The last couple of years we’ve all been in this strange space where the stress levels are outrageous and yet, our lives have slowed down (at least during stay-at-home orders due to the pandemic). During this time, many of us have learned that “rest” is not all created equal and that each of us requires something different to be our happiest, healthiest self.
