Hey Babe 👋🏻 No one likes cleaning - but here at 3 easy ways to help!
Start decluttering your space to bring a sense of calm and organization. Here are three straightforward methods to begin the process:
The 15-Minute Rule:

  • Use a timer to dedicate 15 minutes to decluttering a specific area. This method will help you avoid feeling overwhelmed, and you'll be amazed at how much you can achieve when you focus your efforts for a set amount of time. Choose a drawer, a shelf, or a small corner of a room to start.

The Three-Box Method:

  • Organize three containers and designate them as "Keep," "Donate/Sell," and "Discard." Categorize your items accordingly as you sift through them. This approach streamlines your decision-making process, enabling you to determine what to keep and what to part with. Upon completion, promptly take action on the items slated for "Donate/Sell" and "Discard.

One-In, One-Out Rule:

  • Introduce a rule where you pledge to remove one item for every new one you bring into a space. This will not only aid in preserving equilibrium, but also thwart the buildup of unnecessary belongings. Such a rule fosters careful discernment of new possessions and guarantees a serene, organized environment.

Keep in mind that decluttering takes time, so it's perfectly fine to begin with small steps. The key is consistency, so aim to incorporate these habits into your daily routine. As you witness progress, you'll likely be inspired to take on bigger decluttering tasks in your home.
Hope this simple reminder helps.

❤️ Love you so big,
~Jennie
