Tony Horton is the creator of the massively popular P90X fitness program, and is one of the best known fitness experts of our time. Tony is an author, motivational speaker, and workshop leader, and has latest motivational book The Big Picture can be found on Amazon and most anywhere books are sold.

Tony describes himself as a young guy as an "85 lb weakling", and on this episode he shares how he worked through a major speech impediment and a host of challenges as a kid. Fitness, nutrition and health became the core of growth into a very successful career and life, and somehow they seem to keep him from aging.
