Bio By Lisa Evers I don’t even know where to begin, But all my life, I have had digestive issues, so I have always been aware of what I was eating to notice how I felt. When I was young, it was IBS-d, then moved to constipation. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my early 20s. After that diagnosis, I was worried that weight gain was going to be a side effect, so I started to do things to make sure that didn’t happen. I felt like I was becoming obsessed with staying the way I was. I have never had a weight issue, and I almost became “obsessed” with making sure I didn’t get one! I did all the things not to gain weight and stay fit while trying to monitor my digestive issues. I was on some of the “plan” all the time, which led to a diet brain even though I had no weight to lose. This went on for almost 30 years; I found IF, and the rest of my story is about freedom! All my obsessions are starting to fade, and my mind is clear to think of the things that are important to me. The Fasting Highway News THE AUDIOBOOK IS HERE!!!
