In today's episode I'm joined by my dear friend, mentor and confidant Tami Roos.
Tami Roos, PhD, is an author, meditation facilitator and intuitive counselor. Tami has a PhD in Parapsychic Science from the American Institute of Holistic Theology and wrote her dissertation on the beneficial effects of meditation. She has been teaching meditation for many years and facilitates developmental courses in meditation. Tami has worked with numerous elite sporting clubs and athletes to help them up their game with meditation. She is the author of “The Gift: Presence to Power” and co-authored with husband, Paul, “Sport is Life, Life is Sport” (Pan MacMillan, 2009).
In this episode we chat all things spirituality, meditation and motherhood.
Tami shares how she went from never stopping . Striving to be the perfect mother, doing all the things to learning to mediate, understanding boundaries and totally transforming her life.
We cover:

  • Letting go of the ‘good girl’ ‘good mother’ conditioning
  • Setting appropriate boundaries
  • What it was like for her when she began to realise she was a channel for spirit to communicate
  • Setting up a sound foundation for your meditation practice
  • What happens when you open up energetic things you aren’t ready for
  • How we can improve the quality of our life by the things we do consistently on a daily basis

There are so many practical take aways in this episode and I cannot wait to hear your thoughts.
