Hey there! I’m very excited to be kicking off season 1 of my podcast, and I’m SO glad you are here. I can’t think of a better way to kick off this episode than by doing a crash course into metabolism. I’ll actually be splitting this into 2 parts, because there’s so much great information to be covered (part 2 will be in episode 2).

In today’s episode, I’m talking about:

-The first 3 core pillars of a healthy metabolism

-What your metabolism really is and why you should care about it

-Signs and symptoms I experienced when my metabolism was struggling

-The importance of a nutrient-dense diet and what that can look like for you

-Why you need to balance your blood sugar and steps to do so

-Why optimal gut health is important, common gut issues, and ways to support your gut

This information is the education you should have received in school, but unfortunately didn’t. Ultimately, we all want to have good energy and feel our best every day; we don’t want to feel like we’re needing to ‘crawl across the finish line’ at the end of the day.

I hope this episode gave you some practical applications and tips you can start implementing when it comes to your metabolism. After all, you deserve to feel your best from the inside out!
