I’m excited to be sharing more about how to best support your metabolism here today! This episode is part 2, and if you missed part 1, make sure to go check out all of the goodness I shared in episode 1.

In today’s episode, I’m talking about:

-The final 3 core pillars that make up a healthy metabolism

-What a toxin is and how it impacts your metabolism

-Ways you can reduce your toxic load

-My personal journey with strength training

-The importance of building muscle mass and how you can do so

-Signs and symptoms you may experience if your body is running on stress hormones

-Stress management techniques to support your metabolic health

I know this information may be a bit overwhelming; I don’t want you to think you have to completely overhaul your life all at once. This truly is a journey after all!
