Welcome to the Get Healthy Tampa Bay Podcast with Dr. Kerry Reller! This week I am joined by Dr. Lara Cavanaugh to discuss emotional wellness.
Dr. Lara Cavanaugh is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Certified Life and Wellness Coach.She trained at University of Toronto Medical School and did her Pediatric Residency at USF All Children Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida where she was also Chief Resident. She has worked in General Pediatrics for over 25 years in the Tampa Bay Area and is currently in private practice at Children’s Medical Center in Palm Harbor, Florida.
She is a Certified Life and Wellness Coach who coaches busy professionals to decrease stress and overwhelm, lose weight, improve job performance, and ultimately find more joy in their day to day busy lives.
