Welcome to the Get Healthy Tampa Bay Podcast with Dr. Kerry Reller! This week I am joined by Olivia Priest to discuss how to build healthy habits.
Olivia Priest is the Wellness Coordinator at Fitlife Foods, she is the leader of all things coaching, development, and wellness. Fitlife's free Wellness Coaching program is meant to elevate their customers experience by focusing on goals, accountability, and support through body composition testing, behavior change techniques, and meal scheduling. She provides continuing wellness training on various nutrition and health topics for Fitlife employees, to help foster a growing wellness culture. She is a former student athlete diver at South Dakota State University where she received her B.S. in Health Education with Nutrition and Journalism Minors and her M.S. in Exercise Science from Ashland University in Ohio. She is also an ACE Certified Health Coach and Group Exercise Instructor. She is resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and their pit-rat terrier pup, Dodger.
