Myotherapist and clinic co-owner Lucinda Richards lives in Melbourne, Australia, and has been through SEVEN Covid lockdowns including one lasting more than 270 days. With a business partner, team and family all thrown into chaos she discovered that they needed to intentionally work on their relationships, connection and self-knowledge if they were to grow and thrive. From this experience Lu shares that there was not necessarily one great, big challenge that she faced... but instead there have been multiple levels of bumpiness along the way.
