This week I answer some questions that have come up over the past few weeks.
"Would you do separate exercises for the TVA (Transverse abdominis muscles) and QL (Quadratus Lumborum muscle) and stretch them separately as well?"
"A lot of people are taking Ozempic for weightloss, does it work and will it work for me?"
