Anywho, I think there's a difference between being an uninformed consumer vs being a consumer who is empowered and armed with knowledge so you can make the healthiest and most "balanced" decisions for you and your family's health. Maybe you can relate to me a little more now? If you know about me, you know that I have a history of processed food addiction, adderall addiction, heavy drinking, alllll the toxic products, anxiety and depression and that's just scratching the surface. BUT, with lifestyle change, I have recovered so much of what I thought I would never get back when it comes to my health and now I am here to help you heal too, one day at a time!
