My friend, I know sometimes our feelings arise and we want to push them away and avoid them.
What you resist will only persist.
The best thing you can do for you is give yourself full permission to feel.
You have to feel it to free it. It's time to remember it is safe to express your feelings and you are allowed to feel.
This meditation will help you drop in and allow yourself to feel all that you are feeling right now.
