He shares about growing up in Baltimore in the 70 and early 80’s and how his perception of what he thought was possible for himself has completely changed through he course of his life due to his experience with becoming a US Marine where he was shown the value of Self Awareness, Self-Discipline, Integrity and Work Ethic
After experiencing a traumatic accident early in his Military career Omar quickly learned the value of leaning into fear, continuous Self Inspection, overcoming challenges and living a life of continuous improvement.
As a student of stoicism, he uses his opportunity as the Leader of SEDULOUS to continue to improve the lives of those around him by creating an alliance based culture that prioritizes, self-reflection, emotional intelligence and service to others.
