The Life Authentic podcast is a place where I talk authentically about life's struggles, contemplate issues, and dive into thoughts and feelings. It is a very personal journey, but one I am choosing to share with the intent that I may help other people understand they are not alone in life's struggles. The Life Authentic is a project first started to work on personal anxiety, but grew into a more complex discussion about adulting, modern life, and finding your true authentic voice.
