Vanessa Spina a Sport Nutrition Specialist (SNS) and the Best Selling author of Keto Essentials. She is an international speaker on the science of keto and host of the popular Fast Keto Podcast, and now the optimal protein Podcast. She is also a Biomedical Science student at U of T.
Vanessa founded Ketogenic Girl in 2015 which has an online social media audience of over half a million people between Instagram and Facebook, and several thousand people have done her popular 28 Day Ketogenic Girl Challenge program which serves to optimize metabolic health with nutrient dense real food nutrition.
Vanessa has created the all new Tone device which is a breathe meter that tells you if and when you are burning fat by monitoring the acetone levels in your breathe which in turn tells you if you are registering ketones as well.
