We all want to put our best foot forward and have the image of being put together and being in our element in our professional and personal lives, but we can often fall into the trap of comparison. We can default to putting on the strong woman persona, because somewhere along the way we have made vulnerability and needing help to be synonymous with weakness. We wanted to discuss where these ideas stem from and why we can sometimes find it difficult to value ourselves when we don’t feel like we’re keeping up appearances.

How can we celebrate our wins while also leaving space for the not so sweet moments? Watch as our hosts Rachel Calland and Sinead Minkah are joined by Adjoa Odetayo and Diane Tuffuoh in the Magnify Studio for Ep 39 ‘Keeping Up Appearances’.
