Discover the Power of Self-Worth in Transforming Your Life
Complimenting one seemed to take something away from another.
It felt like we were operating in a zero-sum game where complimenting one means criticizing another.
We’ve all felt that sting when a friend or coworker gets complimented, whether they are present or not.
In response, I often see the protective mechanism of overcompensating from the “witness” of the compliment.
I’ve been caught in similar situations, thinking that a compliment not addressed to me was an attack.
Usually, compliments are just that—compliments.
So why do we feel “less than” when someone else is complimented in our presence?
The answer is self-worth, specifically a wobbly intrinsic self-worth.
I realized that high well-being and ethical success depend on one’s level of intrinsic self-worth. In The Microdose Diet protocol, the highest intention one can have is to increase their self-generated self-worth.
I lead you through a 90-day program that supports this intention and enables you to go to the next level of self-worth.
The best way to lead a successful, passionate, and happy life is to have a high degree of self-worth.
People with high self-worth are grounded, self-confident, and don’t need to diminish others to elevate themselves.
Life is much more pleasant when you trust yourself and know you can do it, whatever “it” is.
There’s no need to feel threatened when someone else is complimented. You know your worth is independent of others. And that freedom, my friend, is an incredible feeling!
