HELLO!


As we get more and more back to normal, there are things to get excited about and also things that we might get anxious about, and at the same time we are processing what we have been through individually and collectively in the last 12+ months so now feels like a good time to do a nice mindfulness session, where we connect our body to our mind as we run. This one has a twist though, and that is as well as the mindfulness cues, we will be getting progressively quicker through the 30 minute run using those cues to help along the way.


The session follows a little pre-amble about the return to normality (and a plug for Marathon Milestones https://themilestonepursuit.com/the-milestone-pursuit-in-running/marathon-milestones/) and starts at 9 minutes....
