The biggest myth about Intuitive Eating is that it ignores nutrition…IE is just the “eat everything” diet, right?

Wrong!

So, how do you eat healthfully…without the guidelines of a diet? And how in the F do you eat in a way that supports BOTH your mental health and physical health? Enter gentle nutrition.

Diet culture would have us reduce eating to just the nutrients - vitamins, minerals, and fiber…but what about the comfort and joy and (heaven forbid) the satisfaction?

I walk my SociEATy members through five steps to get rid of diets and embrace eating in a way that is actually healthy. And while the steps may seem easy to understand on paper, they’re far more difficult to work through…without an expert guide! Gentle nutrition – eating in a way that helps your body to feel good physically – isn’t beginner stuff. Gorgeous, if you try to get to this step too quickly it will backfire.
