Today I chat with Gabrielle who is now halfway through her natural pregnancy. As a licensed clinical social worker with a specialization in treating eating disorders, Gabrielle not only shares professional wisdom but also opens up about her own journey with eating disorders and a missing period.

Together, we explore some profoundly personal topics:

  • Gabrielle’s story with HA
  • Unpacking the guilt that many with eating disorders & missing periods grapple with. While the origins of disordered eating are complex and multifaceted, it's essential to recognize that it isn't your fault.
  • Embracing life's challenges: When the journey gets tough, it's not a sign of failure. Often, it signifies that you're on the right path, and making meaningful progress.

I hope Gabrielle's story and insights offer solace and understanding to those in similar situations. Tune in for a dose of inspiration, strength, and hope!

Enjoy this episode!
