Every feel like you’re interested in, passionate about, several things, and because of that you’re not sure how to get moving on anything? The term “multipassionate” has become more popular in recent years, and my guest today, Diana Ringquist, Founder and CEO of The Modern Goddess Project, is a mutlipassionate entrepreneur. She specializes in helping multipassionate women “get shit done” and live their full, extraordinary lives, and she has recently launched The Modern Goddess Project. In today’s episode, Diana and I talk about:

  • The benefits of mindfulness and meditation
  • How her meditation practices have helped her, and have helped her help other women
  • Advice to women who have struggled with, or shy away from, meditation
  • The inner liar and how deal with it
  • The Modern Goddess Project

About Diana Ringquist

Diana has often described herself as an over-educated nomad with carnival tendencies, while others have called her a badass Warrior Goddess. Any way you look at it, this Wild Woman breaks out of the everyday as a coach, mentor, leader, artist, author, speaker, and creatrix of her own Extraordinary Life!

She has lived on three continents in five countries and visited more than five times that many (and counting), learning multiple languages, making friends, and learning the incredible power of laughter. Diana balances being an entrepreneur, spouse, mother, daughter, and wrangling a now 18 year old rescue cat and is a proud “foster fail” of a street dog family rescue of seven where she couldn’t let go of two of the pups. Diana has accomplished all of this since the age of 40!

Always remembering her roots and the women who influenced her, Diana is known for her no-nonsense approach and has been working with others to help them reach their personal and professional “next level” since the late 1980’s earning her the moniker, MamaDi.
