The hardest battle which any human being can fight is the battle to be you. And for Leo Buscaglia, you’re going to have to fight it for the rest of your life, especially in a world where people will feel more comfortable if you can be there for their convenience. This constant striving to be yourself may seem exhausting, but if you give it up, then nothing will be left. That’s why in this episode, Leo reminds us of our prime and fundamental responsibility, which is the love and care for the self.

Leo encourages us to pursue our own uniqueness within and share it with the rest of the world. In Leo’s words, “Don't spend your precious time asking ‘Why isn't the world a better place?’ It will only be time wasted. The question to ask is, `How can I make it better?” To that, there is an answer, and it all starts from within you.
