In this episode, Dr. Joe Dispenza illustrates how your personality creates your personal reality. To elaborate, he delves into the intricate details of what makes up your personal reality, such as the way you think, act, and feel.

He observes the unfortunate situation where most people try to start anew and create a new reality. Still, they do so with the same personality or with the same way of thinking, acting, and feeling. This just wouldn’t work because, fundamentally, nothing changed. It’s like doing the exact same routine that already failed at the outset.

For this reason, he reminds us of the crucial fact that the world outside of us is created ultimately by the way we think, act, and feel. So be mindful of what you think because what you think is what you make.
