Pressure is something that we feel so much as working moms. Pressure to be a good mom but also do a good job at work. Pressure to cook the right kind of food and to keep a good home. Pressure to look a certain way. And all these pressure creates a huge amount of stress and overwhelm and leaves us feeling exhausted.

Here’s one reason why we feel so much pressure and one thing you can do to take the pressure off so that you can be more present, be more productive and find joy in this busy, wonderful season of working motherhood!
