In the latest episode of the Simply Fit Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Justine Bassani.

Justine is an alcohol-free, vegan bartender and personal trainer.

Yep, I did say that all correctly.

After years of trying different professions and paths, Justine discovered that it was the world of nutrition and fitness that was for her.

She’s since invested herself into all things health and fitness but whilst doing this, has kept her job at the bar.

I personally found this fascinating as I hear from so many people that they struggle to maintain their health and fitness because they work in nightlife where the environment isn’t synonymous with a healthy lifestyle whatsoever.
However, Justine is a primary example of someone who shows that it’s possible and if she can, then you can too.
