Wondering if you should start therapy? I'm sharing the big signs therapy could be helpful for you especially if you're dealing with these things in your life! Starting therapy for the first time can absolutely feel scary and even hard to do. Sometime wondering if you're at the point where therapy would be helpful can even come up. As a licensed therapist, I often see clients who are starting therapy for the very first time and I want to normalize for YOU 1. How the making the first call to a therapist can be difficult and 2. Share some big signs therapy could be helpful for you (especially if you're currently dealing with some of the problems I talk about in the video). I want to normalize going to mental health counseling and treating your mental health like you would treat a physical health issue. Tune in and let me know your thoughts on starting therapy!
