Nino Magaddino has been a Fitness professional for almost 20 years and started Max Flex Fitness in 2011.
Max Flex Fitness specializes in personal training with individuals who would like to achieve and maintain life changing fitness results, through their customized not "cookie cutter" programs, which include: Balance, Flexibility, Strength, Core and Sports Specific.
"We help, guide, lead and open people's minds to the possibilities of change".
As a cardiovascular patient, Nino understands many diseases occur due to genetics, but there's always something you can do to minimize their impact on your mental and physical health. Proper support, nutrition, exercise and research are some of the key things to incorporate in our lives to start seeing positive changes.
