Tina Green is a trained and practicing life coach, best-selling author, chef, mom, and massage therapist. I encourage you to read her story in Shaman Heart: Turning Pain into Passion & Purpose. She is also currently apprenticing with Master Toltec Teachers Jeremy Pager and Stephanie Urbina Jones to be a Sacred Journey Breathwork Facilitator and Transformational Facilitator of the Healing Arts.

Tina brings her vital mother energy to all her work and draws from her lived experience of carrying a lot of shame, especially body shame, through most of her adult life. She has healed her shame and feels an immense amount of personal freedom and self-love. She is passionate about assisting others in cultivating their self-love. My former sister and brother in law, Tina and her husband, Jason, an ordained Transformational Minister of the Healing Arts, are beautiful humans living in Sebastopol, California, raising their two beautiful daughters. I’m proud to know them, and I’m grateful they are finding such peace in their own truths.

These truths. Unique to each of us, buried under layers of years of strife. Don’t you notice them…everywhere…actually springing to life?!? In honoring our own truths, we infuse others with the energetic support to honor theirs.
