Today I’m joined by Dr. Ashley Miller as we talk emotion-focused parenting and her book What to Say to Kids when Nothing Seems to Work.
Dr. Ashley Miller is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and family therapist at BC Children’s Hospital with 15 years experience and is also the mother of a teen and a tween. She runs groups for youth with depression and for parents of youth with mental health challenges. Dr. Miller is also the co-author of the book What to Say to Kids When Nothing Seems to Work: A Practical Guide for Parents and Caregivers.
