Tilly At Home with Rosemary Ferguson, Rosemary was a super successful model in the 90’s, walking the runway for many designers including Galliano and McQueen and featuring on the covers of Vogue and The Face. Rose then went on to qualify in naturopathy and nutrition and now runs clinic on Harley Street in London and courses on line. She is the founder of the 5 Day Plan, co-founder of Pure Filth, author, writer and mum to three beautiful girls. Rose’s philosophy is about making it achievable. She believes that life has to be lived and through nutrition and a bit of self care, you can give your body, the tools it needs to cope with the crazy lives we lead.
